Cancellation, Modification & Refund Policy

1. General Principle

Cancellation terms vary depending on the specific services booked. The exact terms applicable to your trip will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation from YZLand Voyages.

2. Standard Policy

Unless otherwise stated in your confirmation, the following applies:

More than 21 days before arrival:

Free cancellation or full deposit refund minus any non-refundable third-party fees

8 to 21 days before arrival:

50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount

7 days or less / No-show:

100% cancellation fee, non-refundable

3. Modifications

Date changes or itinerary modifications must be requested in writing at least 14 days before arrival and are subject to availability and any price difference.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method, minus transaction fees where applicable.

5. How to Cancel or Modify

To cancel or modify your trip, contact us as soon as possible via email at contact@yzlandvoyages.com or WhatsApp. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written request.
